OUR PROCESS

Recruiting

Eclipse Professional Services utilizes a variety of methods to attract and recruit some of the areas best talent. While some recruit as needed, Eclipse Professional Services continues the process to ensure that we always have candidates for you.

Interviewing

On average, the Candidate who is placed with an Eclipse client has spent roughly an hour going through the interview determining competencies, behaviors and uncovering inconsistencies in work history.

Testing

After the skills of the candidate have been determined and has discussed with basic competency, Eclipse begins our testing of those skills utilizing SHL Skills Assessments (formerly ProveIt.com) to confirm these skills and behaviors of the Candidate.

Hiring and Selection

This is where all the pieces of the puzzle come together. While the interview process is good for some and others believe the testing is sufficient for others, Eclipse believe it requires all of it to ensuring the Candidate will exceed our clients needs.
