Recruitment

Interview
On average, a candidate will spend one and a half hours, completing our Phone, Task-Oriented and Behavioral Interview and Testing. During this time, we assess the candidate’s competencies and behaviors then record and compare to your work environment.
Testing
Eclipse Light Industrial Staffing has partnered with Skill Check by Symphony Talent to assess candidates on skills that are consistent with the Work History and your job requirements. These tests are not simply Pass/Fail but provide Eclipse insight as the skill levels of each candidate.
